Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of sparkling water
  • 250g whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup of milk or yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 10 chard leaves
  • ⅓ cup of olive oil
  • 2 young onions

Preparation:

  • Put the egg and the oil in a bowl and mix the ingredients nicely together with a stirring spoon 
  • Add the milk and the sparkling water to the mixture, mix consistently and gradually add the flour until you get a little thicker mixture then the pancakes. Add the chard and the onions and mix it together.
  • Fill the previously oiled muffin cups with the mixture, add some cheese, sesame or sunflower to the top
  • Put it in the pre-heated oven on 200°C
