Ingredients:

  • 3 Japanese apples
  • 3 tablespoons flaxseed
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • Raisin

Preparation

  1. Japanese apples are peeled, the seeds are removed, and blended with the flaxseed (flax seeds should be kept in water for 20 minutes) and the cinnamon.
  2. Blend for about a minute.
  3. Tastier if raisin is added.
